CLOTHIFY AI — PRIVACY POLICY

Clothify AI ("the app", "we", "us") is a mobile application that measures your
body from a photo, lets you save your clothes, and generates AI images of you
wearing those clothes ("virtual try-on"). This policy explains what data we
collect, why, how it is used and shared, and your choices. By using the app you
agree to this policy.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

- Account information: when you sign in with Google, we receive your name and
  email address to identify your account. You may also use the app as a guest
  without a Google account.
- Photos you provide: body photos and clothing/garment photos that you choose to
  upload or capture to use the measurement and try-on features.
- Body measurements: measurements (e.g. height, shoulders, chest, waist, hip,
  inseam) estimated from your photo or entered by you, and your saved clothing sizes.
- Generated images: the AI try-on images created for you.
- Purchase information: when you buy credits, the purchase is processed by Google
  Play Billing. We receive a confirmation and a credit balance; we do NOT receive
  or store your card or bank details.
- Basic technical/usage data: standard information needed to operate the service
  (e.g. a session identifier and credit ledger).

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

- To authenticate you and maintain your account.
- To estimate your measurements and generate virtual try-on images.
- To manage your credit balance and process purchases.
- To operate, secure and support the service.

We do NOT use your photos, measurements or personal data for advertising, and we
do not sell your personal data.

3. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES (PROCESSORS)

To provide the app we share the minimum data necessary with the following
providers, who process it on our behalf:

- Google: Google Sign-In (authentication) and the Gemini AI model, which
  processes your body and clothing images to generate the try-on image.
- Supabase: secure backend hosting for your account, credit ledger and app data.
- RevenueCat & Google Play Billing: to process in-app purchases of credits.

These providers are bound by their own privacy and security terms. We do not
share your data with any third party for their own independent marketing.

4. DATA STORAGE AND RETENTION

Your photos and measurements are stored on your device and, where needed to
provide the service, on our secure backend. Generated images are stored so you
can view them again. We keep your data for as long as your account is active or
as needed to provide the service, and delete it on request (see below).

5. YOUR CHOICES AND RIGHTS

- Access & correction: you can view and update your saved bodies, clothes and
  measurements in the app.
- Deletion: you can delete individual items in the app, or request full deletion
  of your account and associated data by emailing us at the address below.
- Guest use: you can use the app without a Google account.

6. SECURITY

We use industry-standard measures (encrypted connections, access-controlled
backend, server-side handling of API keys) to protect your data. No method of
transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.

7. CHILDREN

Clothify AI is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect
personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us
data, contact us and we will delete it.

8. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by
updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
